The following is a brief outline of the Championship timetable for the above event:
Friday 06July 2012
Open Dancers Preliminary Overseas Championship 7, 8, 9 10 will dance Friday 01 July dancers need to be at venue for 07.30hrs
Age groups 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and Over 15 will follow so dancers need to be at the venue by 10.30 so as to be on time for their section.
Saturday 07July 2012
Beginners and Primary dancers will dance on Saturday 07July, commencing at 08.00hrs the venue will be open from 07.30 hrs with Beginners and Primary age groups 5, 7 8 & 9 Beginners, so other age groups 10, 11, 12, 13 should be there by 14.00 hrs so as to be on time for their section.
Intermediate Dancers will dance on Saturday 07July commencing approximately 12.00hrs for dancers 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9. Dancers will need to be at the venue so as to be on time for their section. other age groups 10, 11, 12, 13 will then follow on.
Open Championships for Open Dancers will be held on Saturday 07 July for the following age groups, 8,9, followed by 5, 6, 7 and finally 10,11 yrs dancers should plan to arrive no later than 17.00 hrs
Sunday 08 July 2012
Open Championships for Open Dancers will be held on the Sunday commencing with the 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, and seniors followed by 15, 16 year old's so dancers in the 15, 16 age group should arrive by lunch time.
